About Fabelab
Fabelab is a playful organic Scandinavian children’s interior brand that believes in creating high-quality, innovative, and responsibly made products for a cozy and creative home. From our Copenhagen studio, we design products that encourage curiosity and imagination. Our products are multipurpose and grow with the family, gathering stories and memories along the way.
Our founder and lead designer, Michaela Weisskirchner-Barfod, is an Austrian architect living and working in the hometown of Fabelab, Copenhagen. As a former architect, Michaela finds inspiration for Fabelab’s products from stories of people around her.
We always design our products based on sustainable materials and beliefs. Reusability and upcycling are core tenets of our brand. The products we make are made from sustainable textiles from our supplier in India. Because being sustainable is something we truly strive for. For Fabelab, sustainable design is about using the right materials and ensuring a long lifespan of the products. Reusability and upcycling are core tenets of our brand. Wherever it is possible, we try to fill our product with corn fibre filling or recycled polyester.
Fast shipping and professional packing
We offer a broad range of shipping options thanks to our long-running partnerships with UPS, FedEx and DHL. Our warehouse personnel are well trained and will be able to pack your goods in accordance with our precise and exact specifications. Your goods will undergo an extensive inspection and be safely packaged prior to being sent out. We ship to thousands of customers every day across multiple countries. This is a sign of our dedication to being the largest online retailer globally. Both Europe as well as the USA have distribution and warehouse centres.
Note: Orders with more than one product are assigned a specific processing time, dependent on the particular product.
Prior to shipping, we will examine thoroughly the items you have ordered. Most orders are delivered within 48 hours. The delivery time is between 3 and 7 working days.
Returns
We are not able to manage the stock in our warehouse or factory. The actual levels of stock can change at any point. Be aware that it's possible that your order could become unavailable even after you've placed your order.
The policy is for 30 days. We are unable to exchange or refund your order if it has been 30 days from the date of purchase.
In order to be eligible for a return the item must be in good condition and in the same state that you received it in. It must also be returned in the original packaging.
